AIC CHEMICAL IMPORT EXPORT INDUSTRY AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY

DEFINITION OF PERSONAL DATA

According to Article 3/1(d) of the KVKK, "Personal data" refers to any kind of information relating to identified or identifiable real persons. For example, your Name, Surname, Turkish Identification Number, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, IP address you accessed, signature, physical space/security footage, call center/service quality audio recordings, information about transactions you make, verbal conversations with the operator, and voice-recorded messages you leave through the central system, bank account number, cookie records are considered as personal data. Anonymous information and information anonymized by AIC CHEMICAL IMPORT EXPORT INDUSTRY AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY are not considered as personal data according to the company's policy on this matter.
